Greg and I recently had the great pleasure of visiting with Mike Shine, who's mythological driftwood narrative is beyond words. Hence, a full length article in the prestigious National Geographic of the surfing world, The Surfer's Journal. This really does do the man justice, especially since it's told in first person, just as he said it (pretty much). And we also get a full tour of his legendary Shine Shack to boot!
